1. Hospitality Personnel Ltd is registered with the New Zealand Companies office. Hospo.com is the trading name for the website owned and operated by Hospitality Personnel Ltd. All future reference to hospo.com now means that Hospitality Personnel Ltd and hospo.com are the same identity. 2. Use of Candidate Information: The Candidate information provided is to be used to assist that Candidate source employment. All Candidate information provided will be entered in to and stored on the Hospo database. The Candidate information will only be used in the following manner: (a) Searched by Hospo with a view to sourcing employment for the Candidate. (b) Discussed and analysed by Hospo and its agents with a view to sourcing employment for the Candidate. 3. The Candidate guarantees: that all Candidate information submitted by the Candidate is accurate, correct and up to date. The Candidate expressly gives Hospo or any of its agents permission to verify any of the Candidate information, including but not limited to contacting referees and previous employers of the Candidate. 4. Disclosure of Candidate Information: In the event Hospo sources possible employment that the Candidate may be suitable for, Hospo or an agent of Hospo, will contact the Candidate to discuss the possible employment. The Candidate information will only be disclosed to an Employer, excluding subscribing Employers, once the Candidate has consented to such disclosure. 5. The candidate is advised that Hospo.com acts as an agent for the employer, the company does not accept any responsibility for the candidates decision to accept a position if offered. The candidate acknowledges that any acceptance of a position is done so entirely at the candidates discretion and the company encourages the candidate to seek independent legal advice regarding any employment contract prior to signing. 6. The Candidate acknowledges that any and all information in relation to the position or the Employer is based on the information supplied to Hospo by the Employer and Hospo will not be held liable for any inaccuracies in this information. 7. Changes to information: The candidate may delete, amend or change the information at any time from the database by logging in to their members area and selecting the desired option. 8. Payment: there is no charge to the Candidate for the service provided by Hospo or any of its agents. 9. Acknowledgement of personal information: The candidate acknowledges and agrees that as a user of hospo.com ("Users") will be transmitting sensitive personal information, the proper management by the candidate of that information is critical to the success of hospo.com. 10. Security of candidate ID and password: The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security, confidentiality and proper use of any candidate login and passwords allocated to the candidate ("Login"). 11. Obligation to monitor hospo.com: The candidate acknowledges that in respect of the communication of data and information between candidate and user, hospo.com sole responsibility is as facilitator of that communication. The candidate is responsible for all content and communications and indemnifies hospo.com against all claims relating to the content or communications. 12. Amendment: hospo.com may change these terms on notice to the candidate. This may include placing amended terms on the hospo.com website. 13. Service and Communication between the parties: In order to keep the database current the candidate may receive emails on a regular basis prompting the candidate to update their details. Such emails will be sent to the candidates email address as provided by the candidate and will be deemed to be the official address for service or communication to the candidate from the company. 14. Agreement: The candidate understands and agrees to the conditions set out in the terms and conditions by typing ACCEPT in the field below.
